The Billy, Kang, Kyle, tradeoff during this version is perfect..incredible musicianship. This whole show is phenominal actually. Get it.

I’ll have to pick up the Camp Verde version, but I want to put in a plug for the version from Austin, 10/17/04. All three nights, Catherine was holding up a little sign that, if I remember right, had a clock pointing to midnight, a little crescent moon and a light bulb. She held it up all three nights, and on night three, they finally played it. The back-and-forth among Billy, Kyle & Kang was amazing. I’ve listened to just this song probably 50 times in a row. I keep hitting “repeat” on the cd player.

Yeah, Boston 10/28/00 is an ultimate show indeed!

For midnight moonlight, I’m also very partial to:
    11/17/2000 Tabernacle – Atlanta, GA
With tony furtado, and extended jamming
